EVE Search - Research agents have started giving out TL2 BPs!

I plan for running into Kestrels. Oddly, they're not very threatening with that setup. Allegedly that for every batch you create with the tool, the tool takes damage until the damage totals 100%. Which renders the tool unusable. But also 'allegedly' the tools are repairable.
